FEE:
Beginner’s class will be paid for at the end of the class. Otherwise fees are due in full upon registration.Fees are subject to change.

RETURN CHECK FEE:
$25 is charged for all returned checks.

COST OF MATERIALS:
Charged by weight after taking your project off of the loom. Basic: $4 per oz.; Premium: $7 per oz. Students must use materials in the studio. Only “One-Month Studio Pass” holders can bring their own yarn with our permission.

REFUNDS and CREDITS:
No refund will be given after the first day of class. There will be no credit given for missed class or no show. A MAKE-UP CLASS may be arranged when students call for absences at least one day before the reservation, depending upon availability.

CANCELED CLASS:
If Loop of the Loom cancels the class, you will be notified as soon as possible, and rescheduled for a mutually convenient time. In case of inclement weather, the studio may be closed without notice.

HOLDING POLICY:
Loop of the Loom will keep your ongoing project until your next visit. Any unfinished, non-progressing work left at the studio for more than 30 days will become the property of Loop of the Loom unless arrangements are made in advance and additional fees are paid. ($1 per day.) If you want to quit without completing the project, we will charge for materials. (This policy applies only to persons who bought prepaid series classes. Beginner Class persons are excluded.)

CONDUCT:
Adults may not remain with children during Afterschool Kids Class.  In the case of any disruptive students Loop of the Loom will call parent or guardian. NO FOOD during the Children’s Class.

CELL PHONE:
Only courteous usage is allowed.

LOST and FOUND:
Loop of the Loom is not responsible for any projects or personal items lost.

NO FOOD in the weaving studio.

Intensive classes are available for traveling from afar student.
