Payment / Return / Shipping Policy

Basic Information:
Availability and price may vary at our stores.  If an item is out of stock or delay, we will inform you promptly.
International recipients are responsible for local taxes and customs fees, as well as any return fees if a package is refused.  The prices listed are in US dollars and may change without notice.

Method of Payment:
We accept Paypal, Visa or Master card.   The Billing address must match your credit card’s billing address.

Basic Shipping and Handling Charge for Continental US:
We use FedEx or Ups ground services or USPS.
Minimum Shipping Charge is $8.95 (Under $50.00 of purchase)

-   We can ship within 7days after the order is received.
-   Each order is limited to one delivery address.
-   You may request the other faster service such as Next Day Air, 2nd day air.
-   No shipping to any type of BOX address.
-   Alaska, Hawaii, and all other shipments required by AIR service will be $10 handling fee plus the actual Air Freight charge.

Remarks:
We will inform the shipping cost for all International order &  large exceptional items, such as weaving looms, etc.
Then, we will send a separate invoice through PayPal for the shipping cost.


Sales Tax:
New York City Tax (8.875%) will be added to merchandise subtotal.
No tax for other states.

Return Policy:
In case of defected or misplaced merchandise you received, please inform and send us back immediately. In such case, we will replace the item with our own expense.
If you are not satisfied with any purchase, you may return or exchange the unopened item(s) within 14 business days of receipt of your merchandise.
All returned merchandise must be in unused condition. Special orders are not returnable.
Also, 15% of re-stocking fee may apply, if none of our fault is detected.
For your protection, please send return(s) with traceable carrier such as Ups or insured parcel post. Please retain the receipt and tracking information in the event of loss. We are not responsible for the return postage and lost or miss-delivered item(s).
